Delaware Valley Tech is a small, experienced team that builds websites, data systems, and AI automation for small and mid-sized businesses in Southeastern Pennsylvania. We work directly with the people who run them.

Why we exist

Local businesses tend to get stuck between two poor options for technical help. A large agency or IT firm can do the work, but you pay for their overhead, their account managers, and their minimum project size, and your project goes to whoever is free that month.

Hiring a full-time person fixes that, but most businesses with ten or thirty people don’t have a full-time job’s worth of this work. And no single hire is going to be strong at websites, data, and automation all at once.

We exist to be the option in between: experienced people who do the work themselves, sized and priced for a business that needs a better website, a clear view of its numbers, or a few hours back each week, and doesn’t need a whole department to get there.

How we work

Four things we hold to on every project, whatever its size.

  • Hands-on

    The people who scope the work are the people who build it. You always know who is doing what, and you can reach them directly.

  • Plain language

    We explain what we’re doing and why in the words you’d use yourself. When a decision is yours to make, you get the tradeoffs laid out clearly and our recommendation.

  • Vendor-neutral

    We recommend tools based on what fits your business and budget, not what we’re locked into selling. Sometimes the best answer is something you already pay for; sometimes it’s something newer.

  • No lock-in

    No long contracts. Your domain, accounts, code, and data stay in your name, and we document what we build so anyone could pick it up later.

Where we work

We’re based in Southeast PA. We work with businesses in Philadelphia, West Chester, Media, Conshohocken, Ardmore, Wayne, Phoenixville, and more broadly across Philadelphia, Chester, Montgomery, Delaware, and Bucks counties. Most of what we do is remote, so we work with businesses further out too.

Being local helps. It can mean a first meeting at your office instead of a video call with a stranger.

Where we’re at

We’re still early — a wall of client logos and a decade of case studies will come with time, and we won’t invent them in the meantime.

What we can show you is how we work: a written plan before anything starts, direct access to the people building it, and results you can judge for yourself.
